I loved my experience! The room was spotless and had a Nespresso machine, which was a delightful surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the train station. However, the air conditioning was not adjustable, making it uncomfortable.

The location had a peaceful vibe, not far from the train station. The Superior Double Room felt super comfortable with modern decor. I loved the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities, like the tea and coffee facility in the room and a well-stocked fridge. The staff were really hospitable. Marlys gave great local tips and stored my luggage before check-in. However, there were noticeable downsides. The air conditioning controls were restricted to central settings, and the room could get quite warm. One of the biggest letdowns was the shower space, which felt cramped. Housekeeping could definitely improve. there were days when it felt rushed, and replenishments of basic amenities were limited.

we really enjoyed our stay at bb hotels, especially the spacious superior double room that felt luxurious after recent renovations. the location was perfect, a peaceful area close to the river and historic downtown. the front desk staff were exceptional, providing us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. we appreciated the complimentary coffee and refrigerated water in our room, making our stay even more comfortable.
